Real House, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Workers to support adults in a residential recovery setting. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while assisting residents with daily living activities and recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, support, and guidance to residents.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation.
- Monitor resident safety and well-being.
- Complete daily documentation, incident reports, and other required records.
- Support recreational, social, and community-based activities.
- Ensure the residence, vehicles, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Administer medications after completing required training.
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the treatment team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in human services, behavioral health, or residential settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must be at least 25 years old.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents as needed.
