Real House Inc. is seeking a qualified Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor to provide individualized treatment services to clients with a history of substance and/or alcohol use. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, determining appropriate levels of care, developing and updating client-centered treatment plans, facilitating individual and group counseling, coordinating referrals, preparing discharge plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a current LCADC credential, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Applicants must also maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries, demonstrate reliable attendance, work flexible hours, and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic databases.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
